The urn was as gorgeous in person as it was in the pictures and was the perfect size for the remains of my golden retriever. I was surprised at the way it was packaged since it was Styrofoam wrapped in plastic and not in a box, but despite that, it arrived safely, though the foam had a very strong resin smell when I opened it. The urn itself was perfectly fine and didn't hold an odor though. (Just noting in case someone has odor sensitivities.) Would absolutely order again if another was needed.
