It DOES NOT fit a 4x6 photo. It’s only about 1/8 of an inch too short but it looks tacky when the photo hangs over the bottom and this was purchased as a gift. I had to cut a strip off the bottom of the photo. All they had to do was either make it about 1/4 of an inch longer, OR be up front and honest and tell people to use a 3x5 photo. There was also a chip in the wood that was noticeable enough that I had to put on a dab of paint to cover it. It’s fairly cute for the price but not happy with the misleading advertising saying that it fits a 4x6. Others have complained about this in reviews. Thought that perhaps they hadn’t mounted it properly. Nope. I should have listened.
