It is a very nice ceramic frame--NOT plastic. The one thing that I did not take into account is that the frame can only be used one way, not turned, and my picture did not fit properly into it. I made a mat to fit the frame and picture.

Think this framed picture might bring a few tears to the eyes of my son of his beloved dog.

I have sent these frames, filled with pictures of their beloved dogs, to three people whose dogs died. They make a wonderful memorials and have touched the recipients hearts deeply.
